Membership

  1. Who can become an Everyday Rewards member?

To become an Everyday Rewards member, you need to be an individual and have a current Australian residential address. If you are under the age of 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to join.

  2. How do I register to become an Everyday Rewards member and does it cost anything?

You can join (i.e. register as a member) in one of 5 ways:

    • complete the online join process on the Everyday Rewards Website here; or
    • join via an Everyday Rewards hub in selected stores; or
    • download the Everyday Rewards app; or
    • call the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre; or
    • consent to become a member as part of an application for a Woolworths branded insurance, telecommunications or financial services product.

Joining is free and there are no fees to continue as a member.

  3. What if I don’t want to register myself as a member?

If you choose not to register yourself as a member, you may not be able to take advantage of any Member Benefits.

If you have picked up a temporary card (i.e. a non-personalised Everyday Rewards membership Card) in-store but you have not registered that card within 6 months from the date that you first scanned the temporary card in-store or shopped Online with that temporary card number added to your Online account (whichever occurs first), then we may cancel your unregistered temporary card. If we cancel your unregistered temporary card, any Member Benefits credited to the temporary card will also be cancelled.

You cannot enjoy any Everyday Rewards points accrued on an unregistered temporary card as money off your shopping, nor can you opt into Bank for Christmas or Convert to Qantas Points until you register that unregistered temporary card via the Everyday Rewards Website or Contact Centre.

  4. Earning Points

  5. What are Everyday Rewards points?

Everyday Rewards points are what you collect when you shop at any Earn Business (listed out below in paragraph 5). Everyday Rewards points will not be collected on No Earn Purchases listed out below in paragraph 7.

You can enjoy your Everyday Rewards points as money off your shopping or convert them to Qantas Points. Details of how you can enjoy your Everyday Rewards points and choose your Rewards choice can be found in paragraph 11 below.

Once you have collected 2000 Everyday Rewards points, depending on your Rewards choice selected, you will receive either:

    • $10 Everyday Rewards dollars to enjoy off a future shop at any of the stores listed in paragraph 15 below; or
    • 1000 Qantas Points.
  6. Where can I earn Everyday Rewards points?

    • Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro
    • woolworths.com.au
    • Woolworths App
    • BWS
    • bws.com.au
    • BWS on tAPP
    • BIG W
    • bigw.com.au
    • participating Ampol# locations (which may be branded Caltex or Ampol as Ampol transitions to its own branding)*
    • Ampol Woolworths Metro
    • Caltex app
    • Ampol app
    • Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia)*
    • Other stores or businesses as we advertise from time to time

For details of participating Ampol and Caltex Woolworths/EG locations (operated by Euro Garages Australia) where you can collect Everyday Rewards points, please see paragraph 6 below.

*Please note that Ampol and Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) sites located in Tasmania are currently excluded from the Everyday Rewards program.

#Caltex branded sites are changing to Ampol branding. Ampol Limited, through a subsidiary, is a licensee in Australia of the Caltex trademark, but is in the process of transitioning its network of over 1900 sites to instead trade under its own Ampol trademark.

  7. At which Ampol# or Caltex branded locations can I collect Everyday Rewards points?

You can collect Everyday Rewards points at any of the over 600 Ampol locations (which may be branded Caltex or Ampol as Ampol transitions to its own branding). You can also collect Everyday Rewards points and at over 540 Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) locations. A list of participating Ampol locations and Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) can be found at www.woolworths.com.au/shop/storelocator.

The difference between an Ampol or Caltex branded location and a Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) is that an Ampol or Caltex branded location does not have Woolworths supermarket or EG branding on the shop front and will typically have a Star Mart, Star Shop, Foodary or Ampol Woolworths Metro attached, whereas a Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) has either Woolworths branding or EG branding on the shop front. The Woolworths brand is used by Euro Garages Australia under licence from Woolworths as one of only two major fuel partners for the Everyday Rewards Program.

  8. On what purchases will I not collect Everyday Rewards points at the Earn Businesses?

You will not collect Everyday Rewards points on any money you spend on smoking products, gift cards (including Woolworths WISH Gift Cards, e-gift cards and iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards, tickets, cash outs, delivery charges, donations, Carpet Care, lottery products, Pre-order Kiosks, BIG W Photos, BIG W eBay, lay-bys fees and purchases using a Country Age Pension Fuel Card, a charge account, a StarCard or AmpolCard Debit, or purchases on an ineligible StarCard or AmpolCard account. Call Ampol# Customer Service to check StarCard or AmpolCard eligibility.

Additional exclusions for participating Ampol locations are: purchases at locations that don’t sell fuel such as Foodary Bondi Junction, third party businesses that operate within an Ampol location such as Guzman y Gomez and Boost Juice, accommodation, AdBlue, amusement machines, travel/bus/freight tickets, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, deposit and insurance services, dry cleaning and laundry services, fax and photocopy, gift cards (including StarCash or AmpolCash), handset kits, hire services, maps and directories, pay phones, phone cards and accessories, Post Office accessories including postage stamps, prepaid and post-paid internet, prepaid and post-paid starter kits, showers, tolls. Points can be collected on fuel purchases up to a maximum of $150.

  9. At what rate will I collect Everyday Rewards points?

You will collect a minimum of 1 Everyday Rewards point for every dollar you spend at any Earn Businesses (see paragraph 5), excluding any money spent on the No Earn Purchases (see paragraph 7 above).

At times we will run points boosters whereby you can collect up to 10 points per dollar you spend, for instance an offer to collect points on particular products, or an offer to collect points on your whole shop (excluding any No Earn Purchases and any other purchases we may stipulate in the T&Cs for that promotion). Some of these points boosters may be exclusive personalised offers to collect points based on your individual profile, and will be available only on your Everyday Rewards Card.

The Everyday Rewards points you collect will be rounded up to the nearest even number of points.

  10. How do I collect Everyday Rewards points?

When shopping in-store at an Earn Business, you need to scan or tap your Everyday Rewards Card - either your physical card or a digital card - at the checkout prior to the conclusion of the transaction. If you do not scan or tap your Everyday Rewards Card at the checkout before the transaction is finalised, you will not collect Everyday Rewards points on that shop.

Please note, to scan your Everyday Rewards Card on your Digital Wallet at Ampol# and Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia), you must show your Everyday Rewards Card barcode to be scanned at POS. You cannot tap your Everyday Rewards Card.

When you are shopping Online at an Earn Business, you need to make sure that your Everyday Rewards Card has been added to your Online account prior to completing your transaction. You will only collect Everyday Rewards points on your Online shops after your Everyday Rewards Card has been added to your Online account.

  11. When will Everyday Rewards points be credited to my account?

Everyday Rewards points collected may take up to 72 hours to be shown in your account, except in the case of points collected at participating Ampol# locations, where it could take up to 5 NSW business days for your points to be shown in your account.

Any points that have been collected through participation in a points booster may take up to 7 NSW business days to be shown in your account, unless otherwise stipulated in the T&Cs for that points booster.

  12. Bupa

  13. How can I collect Everyday Rewards points by signing up to a new Bupa health insurance policy?

You are eligible to collect Everyday Rewards points for taking out a Bupa health insurance policy only if you meet the following criteria:

    • you sign up to an eligible health insurance policy as per the campaign terms and conditions;

    • your surname in your Everyday Rewards account matches your surname or the surname of another member within your policy.

The surname in your Everyday Rewards account provided during the new policy sign up process will be validated against the surnames on your policy (at least one surname must match). Upon successful validation, you will receive a confirmation email from Everyday Rewards. You will be notified by Bupa if we are unable to match your policy with your Everyday Rewards account.

  14. At what rate will I collect Everyday Rewards points for signing up to a new Bupa health insurance policy?

The amount of Everyday Rewards points you collect will depend on the total premiums you must pay for your policy in the first year. Please check the Everyday Rewards points amount published here.

If you upgrade or downgrade to an eligible policy under this promotion in the first 60 days, you will still receive Everyday Rewards points. The amount of Everyday Rewards points you receive may altar as it is based on the total value of your first year's premiums, calculated 60 days after your initial policy start date.

  15. When will I receive my Everyday Rewards points after signing up to a Bupa policy?

Everyday Rewards points will land in your account around 60 days after your policy start date, assuming you have kept your policy active for 60 days and made all required premium payments during this time by direct debit or payroll deduction.

  16. What policies can I collect Everyday Rewards points on?

You can collect Everyday Rewards points on domestic Hospital policies or combined domestic Hospital and Extras products. Extras only, Ambulance only or Overseas policies are excluded. You must select to pay your health insurance premium by direct debit or payroll deduction.

Everyday Rewards points are not available if you join through a price comparison website (including Compare The Market and Health Insurance Comparison).

  17. What benefits do existing Bupa policyholders get?

Existing Bupa policyholders can link their Everyday Rewards account to collect 3x points on fresh fruit and vegetables and Macro Wholefoods range for 60 days from the date of linking. To be eligible for this offer, you must hold a Bupa domestic health insurance policy (exclusions apply), reside in Australia and link your Bupa membership details to your Everyday Rewards account online or by contacting Everyday Rewards before 30th August 2021. You must be on an active policy i.e. not suspended for travelling or financial hardship, and not be lapsed due to arrears (over 4 weeks in arrears). Your accounts must remain linked for the 60 days. This offer is valid once per Bupa policy.

You will also be eligible for ongoing exclusive offers.  Make sure you’re opted into receiving marketing communications.
  18. When will I receive the 3x points on fresh fruit and vegetables and Macro?

The Everyday Rewards points will appear in your Everyday Rewards account within 7 days of your shop.
  19. How do I link my Everyday Rewards account with my Bupa policy?

You can link your Everyday Rewards account with your Bupa policy here; alternatively, you can contact us on 1300 10 1234, Option 1. You will need your Bupa policy number, suffix and your date of birth.
  20. What information is passed to Bupa when I link my Everyday Rewards account?

We will check if a valid policy number has been provided. Upon successful linking, we will be sending the policy number back to Bupa to let Bupa know the Everyday Rewards account has been attached.

  21. I cannot verify my Bupa policy, who can I call to help?

Please contact Bupa to verify your policy details are correct.
  22. Origin Energy

  23. How can I collect Everyday Rewards points with Origin Energy?

You can collect Everyday Rewards points with Origin Energy by signing up to the Origin Everyday Rewards Energy Plan. The terms and conditions that apply are set out on the Origin website.

  24. Enjoying points

  25. How and when can I enjoy my Everyday Rewards points?

Everyday Rewards points can be enjoyed in one of two ways:

    • As money off your shopping (or choose to Bank for Christmas); or
    • you can convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points.

Once you have collected 2000 Everyday Rewards points, this can be enjoyed as $10 Everyday Rewards dollars. This gives you $10 off a future Eligible Shop of at least $10 in-store or online at a Redemption Business. Or, you can choose to convert your 2000 Everyday Rewards points to 1000 Qantas Points.

You will be opted into money off your shopping unless you have opted into Bank for Christmas or Convert to Qantas Points. You can select how you want to be rewarded by updating your Rewards choice, either by logging into your Everyday Rewards account or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. You can opt in and out of either Rewards choice at any time.

  26. How do I opt into Bank for Christmas?

You can opt into or opt out of Bank for Christmas 24 hours prior to the start of the next payout period for Bank for Christmas. The Bank for Christmas payout period will be advertised on the Everyday Rewards Website.

Once you have opted into Bank for Christmas and until you opt out of Bank for Christmas, all your Everyday Rewards dollars will be saved and will not be available for automatic enjoyment as money off your shopping.

  27. What do I need to do to enjoy money off my shopping?

To enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars for money off your shop, you need to scan your Everyday Rewards Card prior to the conclusion of your transaction when you are shopping in-store at a Redemption Business. If you are shopping Online, you need to make sure that your Everyday Rewards Card has been added to your Online account prior to completing your transaction.

  28. When can I enjoy money off my shopping?

You can choose to enjoy money off your shopping as soon as you have at least $10 Everyday Rewards dollars in your Everyday Rewards account (i.e. 2000 Everyday Rewards points) and you complete an Eligible Shop (i.e. at least $10 excluding any No Earn Purchases) in-store or Online at a Redemption Business.

You will be prompted at the in-store or Online checkout of a Redemption Business to decide whether or not you want to enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars (in multiples of $10 Everyday Rewards dollars) on your first Eligible Shop after your balance hits $10 Everyday Rewards dollars, or whether you want to keep your Everyday Rewards dollars savings for enjoyment against a future Eligible Shop. E.g. you have $20 Everyday Rewards dollars in your account and you spend $20 on a transaction at a Redemption Business of which $5 is on No Earn Purchases. If you choose to enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars, this means you will receive $10 off your shopping and the other $10 Everyday Rewards dollars will remain in your account.

You are able to choose the amount of Everyday Rewards dollars you want to enjoy (in multiples of $10 Everyday Rewards dollars) against an Eligible Shop. If you do not use all of the Everyday Rewards dollars in your account, the remainder will be retained in your account for use. E.g. if you have $50 Everyday Rewards dollars saved in your account and your Eligible Shop is $70, you can choose $30 Everyday Rewards dollars to use on this shop and keep the remaining $20 Everyday Rewards dollars for another Eligible Shop. The full $50 Everyday Rewards dollars will not automatically be deducted as money off your shop. This ability to partially use your Everyday Rewards dollars is available in-store at Woolworths, BWS, BIG W and participating Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia); and Online at woolworths.com.au, bws.com.au, bigw.com.au and BWS on tAPP. You are required to update your Smartphone App to the latest version to see this functionality. You will not be able to partially use your Everyday Rewards dollars when shopping via the Woolworths App or when shopping using the Woolworths Scan&Go App.

  29. Where can I enjoy money off my shopping?

You can enjoy money off your shopping at any of the following:

    • Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro (both in store and online at woolworths.com.au)
    • BWS (both in store and online at bws.com.au)
    • BIG W (both in-store and online at bigw.com.au)
    • Participating Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia)*

*Currently you cannot enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars at Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) in Tasmania. There are also a small number of Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) in mainland Australia where you won’t be able to enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars.

You cannot currently enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars at participating Ampol# or Caltex locations with a Star Mart, Star Shop, Foodary or Ampol Woolworths Metro attached.

  30. On what purchase can I not enjoy my balance?

Everyday Rewards dollars cannot be enjoyed on purchases made in-store or Online for all smoking products, gift cards (including Woolworths WISH Gift Cards, e-gift cards and iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards, tickets, cash outs, delivery charges, donations, lottery products, Carpet Care, Pre-Order Kiosks, BIG W Photos, BIG W eBay, lay-by-fees and purchases using a StarCard or AmpolCard, a Country Age Pension Fuel Card or on a charge account.

  31. When can I enjoy my Everyday Rewards dollars if I’m opted into Bank for Christmas?

Once you have opted into Bank for Christmas and until you opt out of Bank for Christmas, all the points you collect will be saved until the Bank for Christmas payout period.

The Bank for Christmas payout period is the period during which your saved Everyday Rewards dollars will become available for you to enjoy. The Bank for Christmas payout period is from 1 December until 1 January or as otherwise advertised on the Everyday Rewards Website in advance.

This means that when you do your first Eligible Shop after the start of the Bank for Christmas payout period, you will have the option to receive your saved Everyday Rewards dollars as money off your shop. You will be prompted at the in-store or Online checkout to decide whether or not you want to enjoy your savings on your first Eligible Shop after the start of the Bank for Christmas payout period, or whether you want to keep your savings for enjoyment against a future Eligible Shop during the Bank for Christmas payout period.

If you do not use all of your saved Everyday Rewards dollars on Eligible Shops before the end of the payout period, the remaining Everyday Rewards dollars balance will be saved for next Christmas (unless you subsequently opt out of Bank for Christmas).

  32. When do I get my Qantas Points if I’m opted in to Convert to Qantas Points?

Once you have opted in to Convert to Qantas Points, your Everyday Rewards points will be automatically converted into Qantas Points in increments of 2000 Everyday Rewards points i.e. each time your balance hits 2000 Everyday Rewards points.

You will receive 1000 Qantas Points for every 2000 Everyday Rewards points in your account. Conversion will take place in multiples of 2000 Everyday Rewards points only. Any Everyday Rewards points that are less than 2000 Everyday Rewards points will remain in your account for future enjoyment (e.g. if your balance updates from 1900 to 2050 Everyday Rewards points in a shop, 2000 Everyday Rewards points will convert into 1000 Qantas Points and 50 Everyday Rewards points will remain in your account).

Qantas Points will be available in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 24 hours once your balance hits 2000 Everyday Rewards points.

  33. What if my Everyday Rewards points conversion to Qantas Points is unsuccessful?

Everyday Rewards will contact you if your Qantas Points conversion is unsuccessful. To rectify and enable the transfer of Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points, it may be necessary for you to contact the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. After a period of 6 weeks from the attempted conversion date, if no action has been taken by you to contact Everyday Rewards or Qantas Frequent Flyer, Everyday Rewards will actively update your Rewards choice to 'money off your shopping'. This means if you had previously chosen to convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points, you will no longer be able to do so and will now automatically save money off your shopping. Your Everyday Rewards points that were safely being held after the conversion error will automatically be available to be enjoyed as Everyday Rewards dollars on your next Eligible Shop at a Redemption Business. 2000 Everyday Rewards points = $10 Everyday Rewards dollars to spend in-store or Online. You can change the way you are rewarded at any time by logging into Everyday Rewards at www.everydayrewards.com.au and clicking on ‘My Rewards choice' and following the prompts.

  34. What terms and conditions apply to converting my Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points?

You can only select to convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points if you have a current Qantas Frequent Flyer membership which you have added to your Everyday Rewards account. If your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is cancelled or removed from your Everyday Rewards account after the date on which you opt in to Convert to Qantas Points, you will not be able to convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points after the date of the removal or cancellation.

If you are not already a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can join Qantas Frequent Flyer to enable you to convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points free of charge by clicking on the Qantas link on the Everyday Rewards website or by calling the Qantas contact centre.

You can only add one Qantas Frequent Flyer membership to your Everyday Rewards account and your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership must be in the same name as your Everyday Rewards account.

You can remove your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership from your Everyday Rewards account via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

You will not be able to convert Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points if your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is not added to your Everyday Rewards account; or the details of your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership that have been added to your Everyday Rewards account are not correct; or the Qantas Frequent Flyer membership that you have added to your Everyday Rewards account is not in the same name as your Everyday Rewards account.

The Qantas Frequent Flyer program is owned, operated and administered by Qantas Airways Limited ABN 16 009 661 901 ("Qantas"). You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Points. Qantas Points can only be received in a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account.

Qantas Frequent Flyer program membership is determined by Qantas, not Woolworths. Woolworths determines only some matters, such as the rate at which Everyday Rewards points convert into Qantas Points (and this rate will not be lower than 1000 Qantas Points for 2000 Everyday Rewards points).

Only individuals may be credited with Qantas Points (that is, companies, firms, associations and other organisations are not eligible to be credited with Qantas Points).

Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, Qantas Points (after they have been credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account), certain other benefits (including earning, crediting, redeeming and expiry of Qantas Points), the number of Qantas Points required to be redeemed for Awards (as described in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program) and changes to the number of Qantas Points required to be redeemed for Awards are all subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions ("QFF Terms"). Qantas may change the QFF Terms from time to time. For the QFF Terms and for detailed information about the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, and changes to each, please see qantas.com/frequentflyer. Qantas may apply different rules to you according to whether or not you join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program without providing an email address.

The QFF Terms include terms and conditions for earning Qantas Points on Qantas and other airlines (and other non-airline partners), redeeming points for Awards, changes to the program, cancellation of your membership and/or Qantas Points, expiry of Qantas Points, privacy related matters etc. Other terms and conditions for earning Qantas Points from other Qantas program partners, and for redemptions and Awards, also apply.

Qantas may make decisions about the Qantas Frequent Flyer program which may affect your earning and redemption of Qantas Points and membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.

Qantas recommends that you consult a tax advisor to ensure that you understand possible tax and fringe benefits tax implications, if any, related to your membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.

  35. Other Member Benefits

  36. Besides Everyday Rewards points, what are other benefits I could qualify for as a Everyday Rewards member?

You may qualify for other promotions, special benefits and exclusive offers from the Woolworths Group and selected third-party businesses which we may offer or enable as part of the Everyday Rewards program from time to time. These are known as Faves or Extras.

Faves refer to personalised specials based on products you have purchased in the past.

Extras are non-points benefits which can include member-only discounts, free samples, newsletters and competitions offered by businesses in the Woolworths Group and selected third-party businesses.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to these Faves and Extras which may be notified to Members on the relevant section of the Everyday Rewards website or in any Member communications.

Please see the section titled “What communications will I receive from Everyday Rewards and how can I opt-out of certain messages” for details about unsubscribing from Everyday Rewards communications.

  37. Account Balance

  38. Is there a maximum number of Everyday Rewards dollars that I can have in my account?

You cannot have more than $4,500 Everyday Rewards dollars in your account.

If you have more than $4,500 Everyday Rewards dollars in your account, you will be made to enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars (in multiples of $10 Everyday Rewards dollars) against your Eligible Shop(s) until your account balance is under $4,500 Everyday Rewards dollars.

  39. Will my Everyday Rewards points expire?

    Yes, they may expire.

    • Any unused points balance of less than 2000 Everyday Rewards points in your account may be set to expire 18 months from the date on which you last scanned your Everyday Rewards Card at an Earn Business or completed an Online transaction (where your Everyday Rewards Card has been added to your Online account).
    • Where you have reached $10 Everyday Rewards dollars (or multiple thereof) in your account, any unused Everyday Rewards dollars balance of $10 Everyday Rewards dollars (or multiple thereof) may be set to expire 12 months from the date of collecting the $10 Everyday Rewards dollars (or multiple thereof).
    • Where you have reached $10 Everyday Rewards dollars (or multiple thereof) on an unregistered temporary card, the unused Everyday Rewards dollars balance of $10 Everyday Rewards dollars (or multiple thereof) may be set to expire 12 months from the date on which you register your card.
  40. Where can I check my Everyday Rewards balance?

You can check your Everyday Rewards balance in your account by logging into your Everyday Rewards account or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre, or by logging into a Smartphone App or digital wallet authorised by us.

Note: it may take up to 72 hours for any points collected in the ordinary course to be shown in your account, except in the case of points collected at participating Ampol# or Caltex locations, where it could take up to 5 NSW business days for your points to be shown in your account. Any points that have been otherwise collected, for instance through participation in a promotional offer, may take up to 7 NSW business days to be shown in your account, unless otherwise stipulated in the T&Cs for that promotion.

  41. Receipts

  42. What are eReceipts and where can I get them?

An eReceipt is a digital version of the tax invoice you would otherwise receive in paper form at the in-store checkout. Your eReceipt also includes a receipt for any eligible charity donations you have made at the checkout. You will receive an eReceipt when you scan your Everyday Rewards Card when checking out in-store at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro stores. You can access your eReceipt in the Everyday Rewards app and, from such date in late 2020 as we advertise, in your Everyday Rewards online account. It may take up to 2 hours following your shop at Woolworths for your eReceipt to become available. At times it may take up to 24 hours. Your eReceipts will remain available to you via the Everyday Rewards app and (from the advertised date) via your Everyday Rewards online account for 14 months from the date of your shop, for all shops from May 2020. If you may need access to a particular eReceipt for longer than 14 months from the date of your shop, please download the eReceipt.

  43. Can I opt out of paper receipts?

You can choose to stop receiving a paper tax receipt and donations receipt at the in-store checkout at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro stores by opting into "eReceipts only" in the Everyday Rewards app or (from the advertised date) in your Everyday Rewards online account, or by contacting the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. You will not receive a printed copy of your tax invoice, donation receipt and any offers you'd usually receive on your paper receipt at the in-store checkout at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro stores while you remain opted into "eReceipts only". You can opt back into paper receipts at any time by changing your selection or contacting the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. Note that some vouchers will still print out in paper form at the checkout, including vouchers for parking, mobile phone recharge and gift card transactions and for items you collect as part of "collectables" campaigns. Parking vouchers will also be available in digital format in the Everyday Rewards app and (from the advertised date) in your Everyday Rewards online account, for use at standalone pay machines and for your records. Please do not use the digital voucher on your phone when you are in your vehicle.

  44. Fuel discounts

  45. What is a fuel discount?

A fuel discount is an offer to receive:

    Mainland Australia

    • 4 cents per litre discount off the standard purchase price of fuel at participating Ampol# locations or Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garaged Australia) when you spend $30^ or more in one transaction at a participating Woolworths Supermarket or Woolworths Metro. For full terms & conditions please click here.

    Tasmania

    • 6 cents per litre discount off the standard purchase price of fuel at participating Ampol locations or Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) when you spend $30^ or more in one transaction at a participating Tasmanian Woolworths Supermarket, Woolworths Metro, BWS or BIG W. For full terms & conditions please click here.

^The $30 qualifying amount excludes purchases of gift cards (including iTunes cards), smoking/tobacco products and accessories, lottery products, carpet care, donations, travel cards, event tickets, delivery charges and cashouts.

You can find a list of participating Ampol locations and Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia) where you can enjoy your fuel discounts here.

  46. How do I qualify for a fuel discount and how and where can I redeem my fuel discounts?

For terms and conditions relating to how you can qualify for, and how and where you can redeem your fuel discounts, please visit our website here.

  47. How do I store my fuel discounts on my Everyday Rewards Card?

If you qualify for a fuel discount and scan or tap your Everyday Rewards Card before the transaction is completed at the Woolworths Supermarket or Woolworths Metro checkout or if you qualify for any fuel discounts when shopping through your woolworths.com.au account which has been linked to your Everyday Rewards Card, your fuel discounts will be recorded electronically on your Everyday Rewards Card.

You can store multiple fuel discounts on your Everyday Rewards Card at the same time. If you have registered your Everyday Rewards Card, you can check the status of the fuel discounts stored on your card by logging into your Everyday Rewards account or calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

If you want to enjoy a fuel discount and you have multiple fuel discounts stored on your Everyday Rewards Card, the highest value fuel discount stored on your card will be used first, followed by the oldest unexpired fuel discount.

Please note, if you are in Tasmania and qualify for a fuel discount in-store at BWS or BIG W, your fuel discount will be loaded on to your Everyday Rewards Card within 10 business days from the qualifying transaction.

  48. Can I share my fuel discounts?

Yes, you can, if you have registered your Everyday Rewards Card.

Your registered Everyday Rewards Card and up to 4 other registered Everyday Rewards Cards belonging to your family or friends can be added to one combined account. You and your family or friends must nominate one Everyday Rewards Card as the primary card. That primary cardholder’s account will be the combined account where all the fuel discounts will be pooled together.

Everyday Rewards Cards can be added to the primary cardholder’s Everyday Rewards account by the primary cardholder either via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. All of the fuel discounts collected on the cards of the cardholders who are part of the combined account will be credited to the combined account. Each cardholder will be able to enjoy the fuel discounts credited to the combined account. Accordingly, by consenting to being added to a combined account, you consent to any of the other cardholders on the combined account enjoying any of the fuel discounts credited to the combined account.

If you are the primary cardholder, you must please make sure, before you add any additional Everyday Rewards Cards to your Everyday Rewards Card, that those additional cardholders have given you and us their consent to be added to your Everyday Rewards Card on the terms set out in these T&Cs.

Please note that Everyday Rewards points cannot be shared with the additional cardholders that have been added to a primary cardholder's account, only fuel discounts.

  49. General

  50. What if I no longer want to be a primary cardholder or additional cardholder on a combined account?

If you decide that you no longer want to be a primary or additional cardholder on a combined account, you can remove yourself from the combined account either via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

The primary cardholder can remove other cardholders from the combined account without the other cardholders' consent.

  51. What happens to my fuel discounts if I remove myself as an additional primary cardholder, or if the primary cardholder removes me as an additional cardholder?

If this happens, you will receive back onto your Everyday Rewards Card all of the current fuel discounts in the combined account that you personally collected on your card. This also means that if one of the additional cardholders removes themselves from the combined account, any current fuel vouchers in the combined account which that additional cardholder personally collected on their Everyday Rewards Card will be removed from the combined account.

  52. What happens if my Everyday Rewards Card is lost or stolen?

If you report your Everyday Rewards Card as lost or stolen, you will be issued with a new card number.

If you are an additional cardholder on a combined account, you will need to have your new card number re-linked to the combined account, either via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

If you are the primary cardholder on a combined account, all previously linked cardholders will need to be re-linked to the new combined account, either via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

  53. What happens if the primary card on a combined account is deregistered or cancelled?

If the primary card on a combined account is deregistered or cancelled, the additional cards on the combined account will not be deregistered or cancelled, but there will no longer be a combined account (as all the cards will stop being a part of the combined account).

  54. What if I no longer want to be a Everyday Rewards member but I still want to use my Everyday Rewards Card to store and enjoy fuel discounts?

If you no longer wish to be a Everyday Rewards member but you would like to continue to use your Everyday Rewards Card to store and enjoy fuel discounts, you can deregister your Everyday Rewards Card by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

By deregistering your Everyday Rewards Card you will no longer be able to track where you have accrued and enjoyed your fuel discounts, or be able to collect Everyday Rewards points or enjoy your accrued Everyday Rewards dollars or convert them into Qantas Points, or receive any other Member Benefits. You also won’t be able to add or be added to other registered Everyday Rewards Cards to share fuel discounts on a combined account.

Once your card has been deregistered, if it is subsequently lost or stolen, Woolworths will not be able to reissue you with any fuel discounts or Everyday Rewards points that you collected on that card.

  55. How do I cancel my Everyday Rewards Card?

You can cancel your Everyday Rewards Card either via the Everyday Rewards Website or by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. If a card is cancelled, any unused Everyday Rewards points, fuel discounts and other Member Benefits will be automatically forfeited.

You will stop collecting Everyday Rewards points from the date of cancellation of your card.

  56. What happens if my Everyday Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, please visit the Everyday Rewards Website or call the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

Woolworths may issue you with a replacement card (and new card number), but it is in our discretion not to do so.

Where we issue you with a replacement card for a lost or stolen card that was registered, any unused Everyday Rewards points balance and fuel discounts accrued to your old (i.e. lost or stolen) registered card number will be transferred from your old card number to your new card number – and a new personalised card will be issued to you. However, if any points balance or fuel discounts credited to your old card were enjoyed before we could transfer them to your new card number, whether by you or another person, Woolworths will not reimburse you for those points or fuel discounts.

If your old card was not registered, any points balance or fuel discounts accrued to the lost or stolen card number will not be transferred to your new card or replaced.

Where your registered card has become damaged or unusable but has not been lost or stolen, any points balance accrued on that card will remain in your same account and a new card will be issued with the same card number as your existing damaged or unusable card.

Note that re-instatement of current points balances or fuel discounts on lost, stolen or damaged cards is at Woolworths’ sole discretion.
  57. How will Woolworths be collecting, using and disclosing my personal information?

Woolworths will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Everyday Rewards Privacy Collection Notice (Collection Notice), which forms part of these T&Cs.

You may access the Collection Notice here, or call the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre if you would like a copy of the Collection Notice or our Privacy Policy in a different format.

Woolworths may amend the terms of the Collection Notice from time to time in accordance with these T&Cs.

By registering as a member, scanning your Everyday Rewards Card (whether an unregistered temporary card or a registered card), using any other Membership Facility or using or attempting to collect, access or use any Member Benefits, you acknowledge that you have read the Collection Notice, and understand and agree that we will collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with its terms.

  58. What communications will I receive from Everyday Rewards and how can I opt-out of certain messages?

At Everyday Rewards we love communicating with you about the Everyday Rewards program, our partners and other Woolworths brands and programs. This includes sending you points boosters, faves and extras, plus asking you for your valuable feedback.

Unless you have opted out, you agree to us communicating with you via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone, mail, app notifications and by advertising on certain websites and social media).

At Everyday Rewards we only want to send you messages that you are happy to receive, and we try to do our best to make sure our messages are relevant to you. However, we understand you may want to opt out of receiving certain types of marketing and promotional messages that we send you, you can do this by:

    For SMSs, emails and mail:

    • logging on to the Everyday Rewards website, going to My Account and updating your settings to opt in or out of receiving marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail about different preferences (eg Woolworths Supermarkets) or unsubscribing from marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail altogether
    • clicking unsubscribe in any marketing or promotional emails we send you, you may choose to:

        - unsubscribe from receiving further marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail sent to that preference group (eg Woolworths Supermarkets)

        - update your settings to opt in or out of receiving marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail about different preferences (eg Woolworths Supermarkets)

        - unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail altogether

    • sending “STOP” to the number we provide you on any of our marketing or promotional SMSs so that you don’t receive marketing or promotional SMSs from us anymore
    • calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre and letting us know what communications you no longer want to receive (if we can’t do it for you, we can certainly help walk you through the process)

For in-app notifications and advertising on certain websites and social media:

    • turning off notifications on your mobile device or changing your privacy settings online so you no longer receive app notifications or targeted advertising (see our Privacy Policy for more details on how to do this)

Opting out of messages sent by us at Everyday Rewards will not opt you out of receiving messages from our partners or other Woolworths brands or programs where you have signed up to them independently of your Everyday Rewards membership.

If you would like to opt out of receiving messages from other Woolworths brands or programs or from our partners, please follow the opt out facilities in their communications or other opt out options set out in their terms and conditions.

If you have any questions about how to opt out or how to manage your preferences, please call the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

There are, however, some messages that we must be able to send you. These include, for example, messages relating to your membership such as changes to your account, important information relating to products and services you have purchased (like health and safety recall notices), forgotten passwords, updates to our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

If you wish to update where we send the above communications to you, you can update your contact details by logging on to the Everyday Rewards Website, going to My Account and clicking on 'My Details', or by contacting the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. Please note that if you update your contact details, it may take up to 5 business days before communications we send to you change from your previous contact details to your updated contact details.

If you do not want us to send you any of the above communications, you may terminate your Everyday Rewards membership by contacting the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre or by logging on to the Everyday Rewards Website, going to My Account and clicking ‘close my Account’. If you terminate your Everyday Rewards membership this section will continue to apply for 5 business days after your notice of termination has been received.

  59. Can these T&Cs be changed or terminated?

Yes. Woolworths may change, suspend or terminate these T&Cs or the Everyday Rewards program at any time.

We will give advance notice of any such change, suspension or termination on our website (or you can obtain details by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre), which will allow you time to cancel your membership within the period of that advance notice, in the event that you do not wish to agree to the relevant change or suspension.

Where we change the T&Cs, a copy of the revised T&Cs will be available on the Everyday Rewards Website or can be obtained by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre.

If you continue to use your Everyday Rewards Card or any other Membership Facilities or seek to access or use any Member Benefits after the period of advance notice has expired, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended T&Cs.

  60. What are my responsibilities in relation to my membership?

Please keep your personal details updated by updating your Everyday Rewards account or calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre. This is because, if you don’t keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to provide you with your Member Benefits, and we may need to cancel your membership and Everyday Rewards Card.

It is your responsibility to keep your Everyday Rewards Card and any other Membership Facilities provided to you safe and secure. Please treat your Everyday Rewards account password as your confidential information. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use or access to your Everyday Rewards Card, your Everyday Rewards account and information about your membership, including your account password. This includes that you must not use a password for your Everyday Rewards account which you have used for any other of your other online accounts. You acknowledge that unauthorised access to your Everyday Rewards Card, account and personal information may occur if you do not take these steps.

Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the Everyday Rewards program is your responsibility.

  61. What restrictions apply to my membership?

You can only have one Everyday Rewards Card per person, and you can’t transfer your membership to someone else.

Member Benefits are conditional on you purchasing normal household quantities - we reserve the right to apply purchase limits for the collecting of Member Benefits.

Member Benefits may only be collected and used for personal and household use. You may not collect or use Member Benefits for any purchases on a charge account (i.e. where payment is not due upon completion of the transaction but only 30 days or some other agreed period thereafter) or for any other commercial purpose (which includes not-for-profit association purposes).

Other than fuel discounts as explained in paragraph 37, Member Benefits are personal to you and, unless we notify you otherwise, cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Member Benefits cannot be exchanged or refunded except as expressly set out in these T&Cs.

Everyday Rewards Cards are issued by Woolworths and remain the property of Woolworths. Everyday Rewards Cards are not credit or charge cards.

  62. What are Woolworths’ rights in relation to my membership and the Everyday Rewards program?

We may refuse your application for membership or your request to add additional cardholders for the purpose of sharing fuel discounts for any reason.

From time to time we may exclude certain stores or businesses from the list of Earn Businesses or from the list of Redemption Businesses. We may also add or remove items from the list of No Earn Purchases, or change the redemption rate of Everyday Rewards dollars. We will give you notice of the excluded stores or businesses, or of changes to the list of No Earn Purchases or redemption rate of Everyday Rewards dollars, on the Everyday Rewards Website.

We may specify exclusions and conditions (for example qualifying spend and offer duration) for any Member Benefits and we may change these from time to time, including during the duration of a Member Benefit offer.

Woolworths may reverse (i.e. debit) any Member Benefits which have been allocated (i.e. credited) to you where you have returned the goods or you have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those Member Benefits were earned.

We may also reverse Member Benefits which have been allocated to you if there are any other grounds which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify a reversal, for instance, if the Member Benefits were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them by misusing an offer, or through fraudulent means.

We reserve the right to monitor your purchase history to ensure that any Member Benefits are accumulated legitimately.

We reserve the right at any time without notice to:

    • cancel any temporary Everyday Rewards Cards;
    • decline to issue Everyday Rewards Cards or provide any other Membership Facilities;
    • withdraw or cancel any Everyday Rewards Cards, other Membership Facilities or Member Benefits;
    • reverse any Member Benefits, including any Everyday Rewards dollars or Everyday Rewards points credited to an account;
    • terminate your Everyday Rewards membership; or
    • terminate the Everyday Rewards program.

Grounds for doing any of the above include if you (or someone using your Everyday Rewards Card or account details):

    • abuse, misuse or attempt to abuse or misuse your membership, your card, the Everyday Rewards program, any offers for Member Benefits or anything else associated with Woolworths;
    • do anything that is contrary to these T&Cs;
    • fraudulently accumulate Everyday Rewards points or other Member Benefits;
    • use or attempt to use your card or Everyday Rewards dollars, Everyday Rewards points or any other Member Benefits, for purchases made by a person other than you, the cardholder (or in the case of fuel discounts, by a primary or additional cardholder on the same combined account);
    • engage in unacceptable conduct in connection with your membership, which will be deemed to include if Woolworths has a reasonable suspicion of conduct by you which amounts to dishonesty, fraud or wrongful conduct;
    • become bankrupt or die; or
    • have not scanned your card in any Earn Business or shopped Online (where your card has been added to your Online account) at any time during a continuous 18 month period.

Any tampering with or defacing of or unauthorised use of a Everyday Rewards Card will render the card invalid.

On cancellation of your membership (including through requested cancellation of your Everyday Rewards Card), we may retain your membership information for record-keeping purposes and, in de-identified form, for our general data analysis purposes. We may allocate to another member any membership identifier (including number) previously allocated to you.

You agree that, except to the extent that these T&Cs expressly provide otherwise, we do not need to notify you in advance, or give you any reasons, with regard to any action we take concerning your membership.

  63. What is Woolworths’ liability in respect of my membership and the Everyday Rewards program?

You acknowledge and agree that there may be:

    • delay in issuing you with, or non-issue to you of, any Member Benefits;
    • delay in or non-replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged Everyday Rewards Card;
    • acts, errors or omissions by us in the course of providing Member Benefits (including as referred to in these T&Cs);
    • loss, theft or damage to any documentation in the course of the posting or delivery of that documentation to you; or
    • a suspension and/or termination of the Everyday Rewards program, including the ability for members to collect Everyday Rewards points and enjoy Everyday Rewards dollars or to convert Everyday Rewards points into Qantas Points,

and to the maximum extent permitted by law (and provided that nothing in these T&Cs limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law), we will not be liable to you in any way for any cause in connection with such matters, including for any unused Everyday Rewards points or Everyday Rewards dollars balance in your account at the time of termination.

You agree that any comments, suggestions or recommendations you may receive from us or others as part of Member Benefits may not be suitable, accurate or complete and you must not rely on them in a way which may give rise to any loss or damage. If you intend to rely on anything in connection with the Everyday  Rewards program, your reliance should be based solely on your own judgement, including as to the extent to which you should obtain or use any Member Benefits.

Provided that nothing in these T&Cs limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, any liability we may have to you in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and warranties as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by Woolworths pursuant to these T&Cs, whether express or implied by statute, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, and, where liability cannot be excluded (such as where the Australian Consumer Law applies), our liability to you will in all cases be limited to:

    • the cost of re-supplying the goods or services or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods; or
    • reinstating the number of Everyday Rewards points, Everyday Rewards dollars, or other Member Benefits, in dispute.

The above limitation of liability in Woolworths' favour also applies to related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of Woolworths.

  64. Who do I contact if I have a complaint or query?

If you have any queries or complaints regarding the Everyday Rewards program, please contact us. You can do this by calling the Everyday Rewards Contact Centre or by contacting us via the "Contact Us" page of our Website.

  65.

#Caltex branded sites are changing to Ampol branding. Ampol Limited, through a subsidiary, is a licensee in Australia of the Caltex trademark, but is in the process of transitioning its network of over 1900 sites to instead trade under its own Ampol trademark.
