You must have a registered Everyday Rewards account to claim points. If you have a temporary card, please Register before completing this form.

So you can claim points from your shop via this form, please make sure:

- You’re claiming for a transaction that happened in the last 7 days
- You’re claiming for a transaction under $500 per receipt
- You haven’t completed more than 3 claims in the last 6 months*

If your claim is outside of these criteria, please contact us with all the requested information.

*Everyday Rewards reserves the right not to credit you with any points where you have forgotten to scan your card in store. The crediting of points up to 3 times in a 6 month period is at the sole discretion of Everyday Rewards and provided as a gesture of goodwill only.
