Support / How do I reset my password?
Please note that your Everyday Rewards login details may be different to your Woolworths Online account information.
If you normally login to Everyday Rewards with your email or 13-digit Rewards card number:
Go to Everydayrewards.com.au and select "Login"
Select "Reset / Forgot Password"
Enter your 13-digit Everyday Rewards card number or the email linked to your account
Follow the prompts to receive a link to reset your password sent to your email
Reset your password through the link you received. Please note this link is only valid for 36 hours
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account please contact us.
If you normally login to Everyday Rewards through Facebook:
Please reset your password through your Facebook account settings.
Try checking your Promotions, Newsletter or Spam folder
Wait 20 minutes, if you still haven’t received an email, go through the reset password process again and check all your folders.
Please contact us and have ready the following information:
- 13-digit Everyday Rewards card number
- Details around why you can’t reset your password (e.g explaining you have tried multiple times and checked all your folders)
If you remember your current password and just want to change it, simply follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Everyday Rewards account
2. Select "My Account" in the top right corner
3. Select "Cards & Accounts"
4. Scroll down to "Account" and follow the prompts under "Change your password"
To keep your account secure, make sure that you always use a unique password and that it includes a capital letter, number, special character and that it is at least 8 characters long.
